Position: Senior HR AdvisorLocation: Bristol (Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office)Salary: 35K - 40K + Excellent BenefitsAbout the Role:The Senior HR Advisor will provide operational and strategic support across various HR functions, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Reward and Recognition, Workforce Development, and Employee Relations. Reporting to the HR Manager - Systems and Processes, this role is perfect for someone looking to make their next step in HR, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR activities within a global setting.Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering
    • Build strong relationships with management to proactively address people challenges, leveraging global HR support as needed.
    • Provide guidance and innovative solutions across HR functions, including resourcing, reward, employee relations, talent management, and engagement.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide objective advice on employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, disciplinary cases, and conduct issues.
    • Support managers through complex employee relations matters, offering mentoring and practical solutions.
  • Policy Development
    • Develop and update HR policies to align with business needs and legislative requirements.
    • Support organizational changes and re-organizations alongside the HR Manager and Global HR Director.
  • Learning & Development
    • Partner with management to identify training needs aligned with career development goals.
    • Support learning initiatives, including leadership development and embedding new leadership behaviors.
  • Performance & Reward
    • Support the annual performance and salary review process.
    • Collaborate with the HR Manager to coach managers in performance management.
  • HR Systems & Data
    • Manage and develop the HR system (SagePeople) to meet evolving business needs.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to support HR initiatives and improve ways of working across functions.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives
    • Roll out HR initiatives, such as engagement surveys, L&D programs, and system updates, alongside the global HR team.
