Glulam Timber Engineering, part of the Keystone & Wyckham Blackwell Group of Companies, is seeking asuitably qualified Class 2 HGV Driver to join the team based at their manufacturing facility in Bristol, Avon.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering finished goods to our sites around the UK, ensuring that vehicles arriveon-site at the designated time and are offloaded in line with company procedures and safe working practice.
Efficient deliveries to enable vehicles to be returned for reloading is paramount.
Your responsibilities will include:
Complete daily vehicle safety checks, safe loading / securing of load, report any maintenance defects, adhere
to company driving standards.
Assist with loading of vehicles, always adopting safe lifting and handling procedures.
Ensure that the appropriate PPE is always worn.
Completing delivery paperwork.
