Class 1 Drivers are needed for ongoing full-time work in Severn Beach, BS35.
The role involves day shifts starting between 05:00 and 09:00, with a 5 on 3 off rota pattern and opportunities for overtime.
The pay rate is £18.19 per hour on weekdays, £20.23 on Saturdays, and £21.25 on Sundays.
Candidates must have a UK Category C+E (HGV 1) licence, a Digital Tachograph card, a CPC qualification, and at least 2 years of driving experience.
The position requires good communication skills and comfort with handballing during store deliveries and collections.

About the role

8 hour assessment prior to commencing work – paid once passed
Training provided by one of the existing drivers
Store deliveries – this will involve some hand balling
Deliveries/collections from RDCs
Delivering electrical and white goods

The right candidate

UK Category C+E (HGV 1) licence, Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s – no more than 9 points on you licence
2 years of experience, for insurance reasons
Comfortable with handball
Good communication skills
