Our client based in Portbury is looking for HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing afternoon work. Job is Sunday till Thursday starting around 15:00. Around 10 hours per day depending on the run. Work will involve delivering racks of clothes to stores with a driver mate, usually a few drops per night. This involves some manual handling but it is not extensive. You will be given alarm codes and keys to open up stores as most deliveries will be after opening hours.
17 per hour
Our ideal driver:
- Will have a good understanding of Tacho laws and driving regulations
- Will have full UK licence with at least 1 year of holding cat. C and some driving experience
- Will have a positive attitude and not be shy of manual handling
Work is ongoing 5 days per week - assessments due to be held Tuesday 24/09/2024
