Mobile Carpenter - FM Service Provider - South West England - 35,000 - 40,000 - Van and Fuel Card

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated on Central London. CBW is currently recruiting a Carpenter to join their mobile team covering up to 8 sites across South West England area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry and be experiencedworking on fire doors . Working alongside the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out all aspects of carpentry on fire doors. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to 40,000, overtime and further training.

Key duties & Responsibilities

Fire door maintenance
Fire door remedials's
Carry out inspections of fire doors
Covering multiple sites across the south west

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday (40-hour week)

08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 / 3 Carpentry Qualified
A trade qualification would be highly desirable (Not essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
