Key Responsibilities for Driver's Mate:
- Unloading Deliveries: Unloading bags weighing up to 16kg from delivery vehicles, using a pallet truck or manually when needed.
- Physical Fitness: Performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Team Support: Assisting the driver in all aspects of the delivery process.
- Adherence to Safety: Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Additional Requirements for Driver's Mate:
- Physical Stamina: The role requires lifting and moving heavy goods, making physical fitness essential.
- Punctuality: Due to the early start time, reliability and punctuality are critical.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support the driver in completing deliveries efficiently.
