Due to continued growth, Reed have partnered with a national client, supporting them with the hire of a Case Handler based in Clifton (BS8) on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in managing detailed casework and client interactions. As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of appointments, adhering to SLA guidelines, and managing the lifecycle of cases. This position requires a sensitive, methodical, and structured approach, with the support of a dynamic team.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00 – 5.30

Hybrid split: 3 days office/2 home

Day to Day of the Role:

Proactively manage Receivership appointments with efficiency.

Utilise Case Management software and diary systems to manage tasks and daily workload effectively.

Engage with borrowers, third parties, and their agents as necessary.

Address tenant queries, facilitate rent collection, and liaise with Letting Agents and Local Authorities.

Ensure compliance with HMO and Selective Licence requirements.

Establish and maintain insurance arrangements for leasehold properties.

Instruct and collaborate with legal teams and Asset Managers.

Review Property Assessment Form appraisals and implement approved disposal strategies.

Produce regular and ad hoc reports in line with SLA requirements.

Finalise Receivership resignation formalities upon case closure.

Dispatch monthly update reports to clients promptly and maintain excellent client communication.

Required skills:

Proven experience managing cases in legal, insurance, property, or a related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant IT packages.

A highly motivated individual with a commercial mindset, capable of working collaboratively and independently.

Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure with excellent prioritisation, time management, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate information clearly and succinctly.

A proactive attitude, open to change, with a positive outlook and professional conduct.
