Bristol Grammar School is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their busy Catering Team.
The role requires assisting the Head Chef with food production and kitchen standards, as well as kitchen maintenance and staff health and safety.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The position offers a salary of £25,000 per annum and involves working Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm during term time only.

Bristol Grammar School is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy Catering Team.

The main duties will be to assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen taking particular responsibility for food production and standards, kitchen maintenance and the health and safety of staff, and help motivate the kitchen team to achieve their best standard. They will also deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm (37.5 hours per week), term time only. With the opportunity for occasional evening and weekend work to support functions.
