Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Commis Chef to join its thriving Bar and Restaurant in our Bristol store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.
As the new Commis Chef, you will work 45hours a week in our Bristol store until 28/12/24, with the opening hours offering an excellent work/life balance. The rate of pay is £11.70 with additional competitive service charge.

About the role
As a Commis Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience.
You will:
- Work underneath one of our experienced Head Chefs to support the kitchen team
- Prepare all the ingredients for our fine dining menus
- Operate all the kitchen equipment needed to deliver great food experiences for our customers
- Show we are obsessed with customer and colleague experience and service by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
- Develop a high level of food knowledge
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
- Flexibility is a must; hospitality service cant wait during weekends and evenings!
