HEAD CHEF £47,500 STUNNING TAPAS RESTAURANT BRISTOL
This stunning restaurant, which is overseen by a very well respected restauranteur, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the smooth running of the kitchen. Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce are used to create an exciting tapas menu concept drawing heavily on the Mediterranean influences of Spain. All the meats and charcuterie will be dried, cured and prepared fresh on site as well. Experience within establishments of at least a 2 AA Rosette standard will be a big advantage.
As Head Chef, you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. An excellent salary of £40,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
