Role: Head Chef
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £53k + GRATS + BONUS
(drivers required due to location, outskirts of Bristol)
We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead a fantastic food concept and well-established fresh food operation where you will have creative input to the menus and a chance to add value to the concept.
As Head Chef you will oversee a large kitchen operation and team; hence communication and great leadership skills are essential.
The role:
- Lead and inspire a large team, collaborating and communicating with the senior leadership team and working to achieve a fantastic guest experience.
- Bring a creative element to the kitchen, evolving food trends to deliver exceptional contemporary dishes.
- Be knowledgeable with a strong understanding of cost management, kitchen efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards.
- Manage a diverse food operation, from Restaurant, bar to Events and coffee shop.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef who can bring creativity and excellent leadership skills to this food operation
- A passion for people development you will lead and inspire your team with energy and a personal touch.
- A curious and creative nature that brings theatre to the restaurant operation.
- You will enjoy all things food and be keen to stay up to date with key food trends, keeping menus fresh and exciting.
- Experience in hotel kitchens and knowledge of hotel food operations is desirable.
