Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this multi award winning restaurant and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team. This stunning venue is well know within the area and could be an exciting addition to your C.V!

You will have the opportunity to learn a lot underneath this chef and work closely with him to evolve in order for you to be ready for the next stage of your career.

What's involved?A successful Junior Chef will work alongside a talented Head Chef & team. Duties to include planning menus, making sure food is of the right quality and price, managing stock, ordering food from local suppliers, controlling a budget, keeping accurate records, managing health and hygiene procedures, organising the staff duty rota, recruiting, training, and developing staff. Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing.

Minimum of 2AA Rosette experience required to be considered for the role.
