Role Overview:
We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Manager who will treat our kitchen like their own. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every order while fostering a positive work environment. The positions are available for permanent full-time workers only, who can work in evenings and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small kitchen team and maintain a smooth workflow
- Create and manage team rotas
- Prepare food according to recipes and standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies/stock as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen management experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous kitchen experience necessary
- Passion for veganism and/or sustainability is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
