Sous Chef Job Role
The Sous Chef will deputise for the Head Chef in the running of this busy, well staffed kitchen, offering modern British menus. Ideal candidates will have experience of fresh food dining, confident in all areas of the kitchen with good leadership and communication skills. Confident in putting your ideas forward and the business looks to develop the menu further.
