Role  Data Team Lead - Data Manager, Administration Manager, Data Team Manager

Salary  38 - 42K - 10% Pension 7% Pension, 25 days, Health cash plan, flexible working

Location Bristol (Central) 50% Office hybrid

As our Data Team Leader, you’ll oversee data projects, ensure compliance, and directly impact client satisfaction with precision and excellence. Working with clients to help them reduce their carbon footprint a comply with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of data specialists, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery.
  • Project Oversight: Manage team resources and collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals and meet expectations.
  • Client Data Services: Work closely with clients to collect, cleanse, and analyze EPR data, ensuring timely submissions for regulatory compliance.
  • Support Business Development: Assist with project scoping and provide data insights tailored to client needs.
  • Compliance & Quality: Uphold regulatory standards, provide technical oversight, and refine internal processes for efficiency.
What You Bring:
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing or mentoring a data-focused team with strong motivational abilities.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to meet milestones in compliance-driven environments.
  • Data Expertise: Proficient in data management and analysis, especially in Excel or similar tools.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement productivity and accuracy enhancements.
  • Communication: Skilled in explaining complex insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Client Relations: Strong relationship-building skills with the flexibility to attend onsite UK meetings as needed.
  • Detail-Oriented: High standards for data integrity, compliance, and attention to detail.
