- Experience managing digital platforms and marketing savvy – ensuring alignment with organisational and user-experience goals.
- Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven dedication to promoting diversity within membership and audience development.
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of photography.
- Experience designing and accrediting educational programs and learning pathways in arts or cultural sectors is desirable.
- Experience in charity or cultural organisations.
