As the head of Product Security, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry!
Some of what you will be involved in:
- Lead direct reports in order to develop their performance, maximise their effectiveness and ensure company values are adhered to
- Oversee the development of security artefacts including; Security Accreditation Document Sets, Security Management Plans (SMP), SyOps
- Develop and implement information governance and risk management structures, policies and processes
- Optimise Product Cyber Security Resilience (PCSR)
- Manage external Security GRC contractors
- Maintain Secure by Design, for all programme deliverables and systems
- Liaise with stakeholders to prepare for relevant accreditation and assurances, including IT systems, supply chain security assurance and organising security testing of systems
- Advise on the integration PCSR with system engineering, design and manufacturing elements of new business ventures and programmes
- Ensure Supply Chain Security Assurance through application of the Defence Cyber Protection Partnership (DCPP) and other relevant standards and policies
