We are currently seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our aerospace engineering company.

In this pivotal role, you will manage all customer relationships and interactions, ensuring a customer-centric approach while keeping track of the order books and maintaining organisation.

As the public face of our business, you will collaborate closely with our commercial teams to drive success and meet client needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in the aerospace or defence sectors, or similar regulated industries, bringing valuable insights and knowledge to effectively navigate client demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client delivery order books effectively.
  • Update and maintain client portal data as necessary, ensuring accuracy in internal systems.
  • Analyze data to identify potential delivery issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Strive for and maintain 100% accuracy in delivery data and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate modifications to order books with clients, including adjustments for both early and delayed deliveries.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved client issues as needed.
  • Participate in client meetings and progress calls as appropriate.
