  • Foster business relationships with advisors to establish the firm as the preferred supplier of protection products through effective sales
  • Meet new business, case count, and retention targets linked to a quarterly sales incentive plan
  • Manage a panel of advisers to strengthen relationships and ensure business levels are maintained
  • Build credibility with advisers by demonstrating a solid understanding of products and market conditions
  • Support distributors through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions, negotiating to meet profit margin goals
  • Develop relationships with advisers via key account meetings, aligning strategies and gathering competitor insights
  • Update advisers on materials and manage tender and presentation tasks as needed

About you:

  • Background in the Protection market with sales experience and strong technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and persuade effectively
  • Proactive and accountable for all aspects of the role, with a clear understanding of business objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with marketing and PR teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of products, technology, competitors, and relevant markets
  • GR1 attained or in progress, with a focus on technical and legislative excellence
