Sonic Summary

The position is for a Business Development Manager in the Distribution/Logistics sector, ideally located along the M4 Corridor or Midlands.
The salary for this role is up to £58,200 per year, which includes a car allowance, with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £80,000 plus uncapped commissions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the sales portfolio by targeting and securing large volume accounts for logistics, storage, and pick and pack services.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in new business development.
Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for this role.

Our Client is one of the largest Logistics Companies in the UK

They require a BDM to join the team to further develop their sales portfolio in the Country targeting and winning some large volume accounts selling Logistics, Storage, Pick and Pack services

Experienced at successfully working to and exceeding set Sales Targets, New Business Hunter and a real Go Getter with strong experience of 2 Man Deliveries

Excellent relationship building / identifying opportunities and closing ability.

Ability to prioritise, organise & manage time efficiently essential.

A self starter. Able to work successfully on own initiative, but also as part of the team.

Able to negotiate at all levels and a superb communicator, networker and closer of all type and levels of business.

Ability to maintain internal & external professional relationships.
