Your Role:As a Regional Business Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales success in your designated region. Your mission will be to grow revenue, exceed individual targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role demands an ambitious and self-motivated professional who thrives on challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge by attending sales appointments scheduled by their Telesales team.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and seal the deal with confidence.
  • Cultivate leads and build a robust sales pipeline for future growth.
  • Stay ahead with in-depth knowledge of their products and the competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Sales Support and Installs teams to ensure smooth sales processing.
  • Conduct market research to anticipate and exceed customer demands.
  • Collaborate with peers in their UK Field Sales Team, sharing insights and support.
  • Join monthly sales meetings at their HQ.
