South West - Business Development Manager

£40k basic + car/allowance + Extremely competitive commission and bonus structure

Company:

A well established and well recognised supplier of medical devices to the NHS and private sector. This is a globally recognised business who are seeing a lot of growth and success in the industry. Keen to continue developing their sales they are now looking to bring a Business Development Manager in to the team to cover the South West area.

Role:

This is a full-time remote role covering Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Dorser, Somerset, Jersey/Guernsey, Cornwall, Devon, S Wales, Hereford & Worcester

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing sales strategies
  • Building relationships with customers including primary care, secondary care and communities
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Promoting the products and services
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

You:

  • Sales experience within medical devices is preferred, however clinical professionals looking to develop into a sales role will be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ideally you will be based near Bristol to cover the territory
