Are you an ambitious Business Development Manager with a proven track record in telecoms?Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a dynamic and employee-focused telecommunications company based just off the M5 in Bristol, in their search for a driven Business Development Manager to join the expanding sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, new business hunter to make a significant impact and be part of a company with exciting growth plans across the South West.With one day required in the office, this role can be worked from Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath and Swindon. The RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s reach. You’ll cover a territory in the South West, with a focus on Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, and Cheltenham, while also having office presence when needed for meetings, training, and sales updates.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and social media, particularly LinkedIn.- Engage with decision-makers to identify needs and opportunities for mobile, connectivity, and unified communications solutions.- Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.- Use open discovery questions to gain insights and create tailored solutions for prospective clients.- Utilise the CRM system effectively to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy planning.What We’re Looking For:- 2-3 year's proven BDM experience within the telecommunications industry, with knowledge of mobile, connectivity, and unified communications.- A strong new business hunter mentality, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with excellent networking skills.- IT literate, with experience using CRM systems to track sales performance.- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.- A team player who can contribute to the company’s growth and success.Why apply?- This company values its employees and offers a supportive and inclusive working environment where you’ll feel valued.
