I am seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in their journey from start-up to scale-up.

As a key player in our growth, you will report directly to our Sales Director and help revolutionize the market with our state-of-the-art valves. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for not only achieving new business targets but also nurturing and expanding those accounts. You'll have the autonomy to develop your pipeline while managing existing and inbound opportunities. With the support of our world-class engineering team, you will be empowered to exceed ambitious targets and drive our global expansion. Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to create and implement a strategic business plan for assigned areas or market segments, in alignment with companies overall strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying potential customers and executing a sales plan to acquire those prospects.
  • Experience in leading sales efforts, with the ability to involve the right team members at the right time to maximize outcomes.
  • Proven record of closing complex deals, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Technologically literate with the ability to quickly learn and understand our advanced valve technology.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-growing company environment.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in business processes.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bristol-based or willing to relocate to Bristol.
