My client is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive our growth from start-up to scale-up. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll revolutionise the market with their cutting-edge valve technology.

Your Role:You'll be instrumental in achieving ambitious new business targets, nurturing and expanding accounts, and managing inbound opportunities. With autonomy over your pipeline and support from our world-class engineering team, you'll propel the global expansion. Represent a game-changing brand that delivers unparalleled value across industries, connecting with customers worldwide and showcasing the revolutionary benefits of our products.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Experience crafting and executing strategic business plans aligned with company goals.
  • Skilled in identifying prospects and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a history of closing complex deals.
  • Technologically literate and quick to grasp advanced valve technology.
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong IT proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Bristol-based or willing to relocate.

  • Experience in similar roles or organisations.

  • International sales background.
  • Technology or engineering focus, particularly hydraulics would be advantageous.
