About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Client Services Manager to lead their Client Services Team. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Client Services Team who serve as the face of the company and key communicators, to their global client base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service and compliance

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Line manage a team of 8 account managers

  • Drive sales and deliver added value to customers

  • Ensure member retention and satisfaction

  • Deliver compliance support to members

  • Attend key client meetings

  • Plan client communications and in-person seminars

  • Grow the business through profitable, sustainable growth of our client base

  • Monitor, review, and improve the efficiency of existing processes

  • Resolve client submission queries

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills with proven influencing skills and sales ability. You will also be an excellent communicator and can motivate and develop others.
