We’re working on an amazing Content Marketing Manager role (both Creative and Strategic) for a B Corp certified Travel brand based in Bristol. The ideal candidate will either have luxury/high-end travel sector experience or have worked in eCommerce for high ticket products. You’ll join an amazing team of experts a play and key role in their growing marketing team. The Content Marketing Manager will lead on all things Content Marketing to build audiences and drive customer engagement through insight-led storytelling and community building. What you’ll be doing
  • The Content Marketing Manager will lead and deliver the brand’s content strategy to build audiences, drive engagement, as well as supporting the brand’s wider marketing goals.
  • You’ll be comfortable drawing on insights from the likes of Google Search Console and Analytics, and using spreadsheets to manipulate data, to inform strategic decision-making whilst delivering world class creative.
  • You will build communities through brand storytelling ensuring brand loyalty and lead nurturing.
  • You’ll manage a talented content team of two – a videographer and guidebook editor to produce a range of content from articles, videos, photography, campaigns, infographics, guidebooks and SEO focused content.
  • You will also oversee the migration of content from an older websites to new ones so there’s lots of exciting projects to get stuck into!
What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Proven track record in a content marketing manager role, content strategy or insight-led creative content role
  • Travel sector or eCommerce background – ideally with high ticket or luxury products, and therefore an understanding of high net-worth audiences
  • A blend of creative content marketing and strategic skills
  • Sound strategic thinking and the ability to use your analytical skills to gather insights
