A leading agency renowned for delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions, is seeking a highly skilled CRM Account Director for a 3-month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier brand and make a significant impact in a short period.

Role Overview:

The CRM Account Director will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional CRM campaigns that meet and exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage CRM projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored CRM strategies that align with clients' business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Account Director or in a similar senior CRM role
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent client management skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
