Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced and expanding marketing environment? We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for an Email Marketing Manager to join our client as they scale across the globe.  A scaling b2c brand within wellbeing sector.

Responsibilities

Develop Best-in-Class Email Strategies, create engaging email marketing strategies that drive returning orders and enhance customer loyalty.

A/B Testing, test various content, messaging, and segments to determine the most effective formats for driving sales.

Utilize data analytics to inform and optimize marketing activities, extracting insights from complex data sets.

Brief content team on necessary imagery and content for upcoming emails and campaigns, focusing on strategic development over content creation.

Identify and execute new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Regularly report on marketing performance against business KPIs and targets.

Develop a best-in-class Email Marketing capability, staying updated on market trends to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Ideally,

Minimum of 3 years in an Email marketing role.

Experience leading a team is advantageous.
