A UK-wide contract service provider that is part of a major PLC is looking for a Field Sales Executive who likes to run their territory as their own business, and enjoys being empowered to manage their own diary. You will enjoy a good work-life balance as the business understands that family comes first! Along with basic salary of £33,000 per annum, you will receive an uncapped OTE of £51,000, a company car + fuel card, a mobile phone + laptop and up to 25 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays. Supported with appointments supplied by a central telesales team, you will cover Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon and Bath. As Field Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
  • Selling into industry sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, food preparation, motor trade, construction, chemical processing, and many others
  • Identifying leads
  • Canvassing for new customers
  • Handling objections
  • Closing new business contracts
  • Working as part of a team in a dedicated area with defined, achievable targets
We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive with the following skills and experience:
  • Proven sales experience in the field, preferably in a contractual context
  • A full UK driving license
  • A hard-working, self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to try new things and challenge themselves
  • A consultative sales approach that supports your strengths
