What youll be doing
The successful candidate will report into the Head of Digital and they will manage a team of five plus agencies. There will also be frequent interaction with the Head of Marketing, Branch Sales Manager as well as Product and Content marketing team. This role will cover three regions: UK, USA and Australia. The main responsibility of the Growth Marketing Manager will be to increase the acquisition and retention of their customers. This will be achieved through balancing search engine marketing with paid activities to drive traffic. Another big part of the job will be to effectively utilise HubSpot platform for engaging with leads, prospects and customers. Itll be crucial to regularly monitor digital activities as well as to manage the digital budget accordingly.
What experience youll need to apply
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Proven track record of growing business via effective digital marketing.
- Hands on experience managing agencies and in house team across PPC, SEO, email and social.
- Customer centric approach.
- Effortless analytical skills especially Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
- Natural problem solving skills.
- True passion for travel.
A salary of c/ £50-60k DOE + bonus and great benefits. This role can be offer on a hybrid model basis with 3 days working from the office in central Bristol.
