About the Role- 12 Month FTC
Our client is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Head of Client Services to play a critical role in shaping their client relationships and service excellence. Leading a high-performing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance client satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance, drive product sales, and drive business growth.
What you will be doing:

Responsible for line managing 4 senior partnerships managers and the Client Services Team Manager (who has 10 reports), ensuring they are successful and effective in their roles andempowering them to develop.

Accountable for team performance against objectives set out in the annual team strategy, with a significant focus on new sales to deliver added value to our customers

Accountable for member retention and satisfaction through execution of client engagementstrategies, development of relationships with key stakeholders, and excellent service delivery.

Being a point of escalation for any client issues

Accountable for the delivery of compliance support to members, ensuring all clients adequately comply with the regulations

Responsible for attending key client meetings to support strategic growth and retention, online or onsite around the UK as required

Proven influencing skills and sales ability to provide strong sales leadership and inspire the team. You will also have the ability to motivate diverse people to give their best results, praising when things go well andcreating clear steps to improve performance, holding people to account when needed.
