Matthew Olivers are recruiting a Land & New Homes individual to join an ambitious and well driven Independent agency to join their market leading team. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and customers.

As a L&NH Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Assist with Market Appraisals and pricing up units
- Book and conduct viewings, providing feedback and update to clients
- Marketing plans & launching developments to market
- Social media lead, managing various channels
- Generate and win new business for land and new homes
You will have the following skills / experience:
- Estate Agency experience, don't need direct experience within new homes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach to inspire the team
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
OTE: £35,000 +
Use of a Pool Car
This is a great opportunity for an existing Branch Manager, or Assistant manager / Senior Negotiator looking to run their own branch.
