Abatec are proud to partner with one of the UK's most successful Civil Engineering Contractors within the infrastructure industry. We are thrilled to be supporting them across the Wessex Water Framework for AMP8, where they have been awarded several key projects.
We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within the Wessex Water Framework. You will be supported by the Senior Contracts Manager and will be responsible for managing projects such as Bio Resource, Sludge Treatment Works, Wastewater Upgrades, Sewage Treatment Plants, and Combined Sewer Overflows.

As a M&E Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage the delivery of M&E elements of the projects within the Wessex Water Framework.
- Coordinate and manage the project team to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Liaise with the Senior Contracts Manager, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply best practices and ensure all works are compliant with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Our client requires a Contracts Manager with:
- A Degree or HNC/HND qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
- Previous experience in managing M&E projects, ideally within the water sector, with a focus on waste water.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Driving License Essential.
- Previous Bio Solids experience (advantageous).
Salary and benefits include:
- 70,000 - 80,000 per annum
