The Tildenet Group Ltd, a leading brand on the world market, is based in Bristol with five divisions in the group offering services to the Garden Retail, Horticulture, Sport, Industrial, and Fencing industries as well as direct to consumers.

The E-commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for strategy and day to day campaign management & optimisation across multiple D2C websites including : agriframes.co.uk l agriframes.us l haxnicks.co.uk l knowlenets.co.uk

The Tildenet Consumer division has ambitious growth plans, after a recent successful launch of the Agriframes brand in USA, our plans are to grow existing channels and also launch into new territories in 2025.

As part of the development of our talented team we are now seeking an experienced and proactive E-commece Manager to work closely with our Marketing Director and take responsibility for the day to day marketing activities and deliver long term growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy development - co-creating and delivering against a channel growth plan.
  • Channel Optimisation - understanding and developing our channel mix inline with short and long term ROAS metrics.
  • Reporting/monitoring - channel performance and core metrics including LTV for each acquisition cohort.
  • CRO - optimisation of UX and constant testing to increase conversions.
  • User journeys - working with our Comms Executive to segment customer base and deliver automations to increase retention.
  • SEO - understanding of organic optimisation fundamentals
  • Paid Digital - experience of directly managing or working with agencies on paid Google/Meta.
  • Affiliates - strategy and management of multiple networks
  • Agencies - working closely with PPC, SEO/development agencies to ensure they hit deliverables.

Core Experience Needed

  • Strong commercial experience within an e-commerce brand
  • Strong data led and analytical approach
  • Experience of continuous testing
  • Strong brand production values - experience with a highly visual or luxury brand is useful
  • Thorough understanding of marketing attribution and the current challenges in assigning ROAS to acquisition
  • Experience managing website platforms on platforms like Shopify, Magento or Wordpress.
