- Onboard and maintain relationships with intermediary partners.
- Educate and train partners on lending products and processes.
- Build repeat business to achieve lending targets.
- Liaise with intermediaries on loans and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support product design and implementation.
- Prepare figures and presentations for training and sales meetings.
- Organise and host industry events.
- Represent the company at events.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000.
- Commission of £15,000 - £20,000 yearly.
