You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships that drive member growth - whether that’s through optimising affiliate performance or working on more complex technical integrations. Work closely with partners to understand their goals and find creative ways to deliver value for them and members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify potential partnership opportunities within the financial services sector and beyond. Develop and execute strategies to maximise value for both parties.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and ensure successful onboarding of new partners. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure agreements align with company policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partnership goals and deliverables.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and measure the performance of partnerships to ensure objectives are met. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and partnership innovation.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a partnership management role in a high-growth environment, ideally within fintech or a similar industry.
- You’re comfortable working on API-based and technically integrated partnerships.
- You have experience with affiliate programs and understand performance marketing
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinker
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy solving problems creatively.
