Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify potential partnership opportunities within the financial services sector and beyond. Develop and execute strategies to maximise value for both parties.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaboration.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and ensure successful onboarding of new partners. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure agreements align with company policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partnership goals and deliverables.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and measure the performance of partnerships to ensure objectives are met. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.

Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and partnership innovation.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a partnership management role in a high-growth environment, ideally within fintech or a similar industry.
  • You’re comfortable working on API-based and technically integrated partnerships.
  • You have experience with affiliate programs and understand performance marketing
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinker
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy solving problems creatively.
