- Developing and executing go-to-market plans for their software portfolio, devices and mobile app.
- Conducting market research and gathering competitor and customer insights
- Collaborating with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand our customers' needs
- Developing customer journeys that optimise the value to customers
- Leading on App Store listings and group social channel advertising
- Proven track record in a Product Marketing role for an Ed Tech or Health Tech business is a must.
- Experience of software marketing – ideally both B2C and B2B.
- Product marketing for devices/hardware would be an added bonus.
- Experience of global marketing, ideally to include the US market, but we’re open to applicants who have not taken products to market in the US.
- The ability to write about technical subjects to a wide (and non-technical) audience – audiences include Health Professionals as well as children and families
- Experience in producing content for a range of on-line and off-line publications
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, video recording and editing software is highly desirable
- Salary up to £45k depending on experience
