Exciting things are happening in their marketing function with the addition of a new Product Marketing Manager role, working alongside sales, software engineers, UX and product teams, and this newly created role will own a new section of the Product Marketing piece focusing on hardware and software in the US, Software releases in Europe, and also their mobile app.
What You'll Be Doing
The Product Marketing Manager will report to the CMO and work alongside another Product Marketing Manager. Youll own Product Marketing with full autonomy for the products and territories within the roles remit.
Youll shape the Product Marketing Strategy, work collaboratively with cross functional teams, capture existing customer journeys, optimise them, and develop new ones, and youll be the project manager and QA across the group.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Developing and executing go-to-market plans for their software portfolio, devices and mobile app.
- Conducting market research and gathering competitor and customer insights
- Collaborating with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand our customers' needs
- Developing customer journeys that optimise the value to customers
- Leading on App Store listings and group social channel advertising
- Proven track record in a Product Marketing role for an Ed Tech or Health Tech business is a must.
- Experience of software marketing ideally both B2C and B2B.
- Product marketing for devices/hardware would be an added bonus.
- Experience of global marketing, ideally to include the US market, but were open to applicants who have not taken products to market in the US.
- The ability to write about technical subjects to a wide (and non-technical) audience audiences include Health Professionals as well as children and families
- Experience in producing content for a range of on-line and off-line publications
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, video recording and editing software is highly desirable
