  • The position offers a salary ranging from £42,000 to £48,000 depending on experience, along with bonuses paid biannually based on company performance.
  • Candidates must have previous sales experience and knowledge of the construction industry, as well as a valid driving license.
  • The role includes promoting roofing products, generating specifications, conducting educational presentations, and supporting customers on projects.
  • The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with additional benefits including 25 days of holiday, a contributory pension scheme, and a company car.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their successful team.

Covering a successful territory that covers: Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Wales. Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire.

  • £42,000 - £48,000 salary (DOE)
  • Plus bonuses paid every 6 months in accordance with Company performance
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Description:

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s range of roofing products to the construction industry including Architects, Specifiers, House builders, LAs, HAs, Distributors and Contractors.
  • Generating product specifications and track through to completion.
  • Conduct CPD educational presentations to Construction Professionals.
  • Working toward the area via maximising existing business and targeting new.
  • To support the customer base both technically and commercially on new and existing projects.

Person Specification:

  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Construction industry is required.
  • Driving licence essential.
  • Aptitude to read and understand Architectural drawings.
  • Good and professional communication skills - oral and written.
  • Ability to operate as and work as part of the team as well as working autonomously.
  • Proficiency to discuss range of products and applications to construction professionals.
