Are you an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive ready to make a high-impact splash in the recruitment world?

Meridians dynamic RPO & MSP division is expanding, and were looking for a superstar Sales Executive to engage with new clients via outbound sales calls, attract high-value clients, and drive game-changing new wins as we grow into 2025.

As a core member of our team, youll report directly to the MSP Director, showcasing your tenacity and passion for winning large-scale MSP/RPO talent solutions across diverse sectors. Youll be diving into multi-site, high-volume recruitment projects, so experience in scaling recruitment solutions with the latest tech is essential to thrive in this role.

  • Up to £50,000 base + uncapped bonus on new business wins
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
  • Hybrid working with some travel to client sites and Meridian offices as needed

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential clients, introduce our offerings, and build lasting connections
  • Profit Contribution: Drive robust sales growth, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Tender Pipeline Development: Expand our client portfolio by strategically pursuing RPO and project-based recruitment proposals
  • Tender Success: Boost our proposal win rate to 1 in 3, giving us a competitive edge in the market
  • Large Account Management: Maximise client relationships, delivering outstanding service to build loyalty and long-term partnerships
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to company procedures, ensuring excellence and consistency in every client interaction
