We are seeking a confident and friendly Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building rapport and has a knack for communication, primarily over the phone. Our customer base mainly consists of architects, and this position involves warm calling—engaging with customers who have previously enquired or ordered from us, with minimal cold calling.
Day-to-day of the role:- Serve as the key contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for clients.
- Proactively chase necessary information to facilitate sales and order processes.
- Update and maintain records in the ERP system accurately.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with existing and potential customers.
- Handle all customer queries from initial enquiry through to order completion.
- Perform basic quoting and estimating tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organised in a dynamic environment.
