With a focus on energy procurement, carbon reduction and compliance, this company is looking for a highly motivated and results driven individuals wanting to progress within sales. This role focuses on contacting a very large pool of existing clients, therefore warm leads, to sell a range of energy efficiency and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify energy needs.
- Promote and sell services like energy audits, compliance assessments, and efficiency upgrades.
- Create and deliver tailored sales proposals, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to proposal and closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and achieve sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Seeking a bright graduate, with a hospitality or customer service background, looking to kickstart their career in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
Basic Salary £27-30k (OTE £45,000 uncapped)
