The role involves assisting customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, demonstrating expert product knowledge, and ensuring an outstanding purchasing experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist customers in finding their ideal vehicle, both in-person and over the phone.• Handle administrative and operational tasks to support the sales process.• Maintain a tidy and presentable showroom and forecourt at all times.• Coordinate vehicle preparation to ensure they are ready for viewing or collection.• Ensure a high standard of vehicle readiness prior to customer pickup.
Desired Skills & Qualities:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Previous sales experience (training will be provided).• Good computer literacy.• Energetic, positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.• Excellent time management skills.• A full, valid UK driving licence is required.
