Reed is recruiting on behalf of a well-established South Bristol-based client for a Sales Executive, on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn an incredible OTE with all leads provided, full product support and training to ensure you’re set up to succeed.

Looking for someone to be consultative, proactive and driven to provide an outstanding service to customers, in turn the opportunity to be incentivised very well.

In this role you will be the first point of contact customers, playing a crucial role in developing new business with both new and existing customers. Utilising your expertise in vehicles and financing, you will guide potential customers to find the best solutions for their needs, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Our client invests a lot of money into marketing spend which in return yields hot leads for the sales team to convert, paired with a lot of returned business and word of mouth due to their fantastic prices, access to the best panel and offers on the market for their products, service, offering and reputation.

Package: £25,000 + commission (Realistic OTE first year £60k - £70k)

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am-5.30pm, Friday, 9am-5.00pm

(1 in 6 evenings you’ll work an extra hour later) (1 in 6 Saturdays, you’ll work a 9.30am-1.30pm, but will work a ½ day on the following Friday)

Day-to-day of the role:

Handle new and existing sales leads over the phone, via the internet, and in-person for those who prefer to visit our office.

Guide customers through our sales process, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with current FCA guidelines and maintaining a fair treatment approach.

Pursue every new business lead with determination, aiming to close deals at every opportunity.

Propose customers to finance companies, ensuring accurate information is provided to both the customer and the administration department.

Address and resolve any customer queries regarding their order efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Open on background, customer service/providing consultative support to customers.

Proven ability to quickly develop rapport and establish meaningful relationships with key customers.

Highly motivated by potential earnings and demonstrates a hardworking attitude.

Excellent and confident telephone manner.

Quick learning ability with the capacity to absorb new and changing information.

Good IT literacy skills.

A positive attitude is essential.
