They've built a loyal customer base thanks to their commitment to customer service and quality vehicles. As part of their continued growth, they're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team at their Brislington dealership.

What will your role look like?

As a Sales Manager, you'll oversee a busy and dynamic sales department, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their sales targets. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting a team of sales executives to achieve personal and department goals
  • Driving customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service
  • Maximising profitability through sales and additional income opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, Data Protection, and company processes
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, prospecting activities, and customer retention efforts
