Sales Manager - Bristol / remote - £40,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission
An excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing podcast agency in Bristol as their Sales Manager, who will have the opportunity to shape their sales function and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
It would suit someone from an agency background with B2B sales experience - you might come from an agency selling websites, digital marketing services, ads etc. - if you have proven experience building your own pipeline and closing B2B deals, they would be keen to speak to you.
You will use a combination of LinkedIn, email and cold calling (and whatever else works!) to sell podcast production services to the growing number of companies who are adding podcasts into their marketing mix.
You will be given full autonomy over your approach, and won’t be dragged down with KPIs and micromanagement.
The agency are based in central Bristol and ideally you would be local enough to be in the office 1 or 2 days a week, although they can be flexible here for the right person.

In return you will be given a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission - with a realistic year one OTE of £70k+.
