Senior Bid Manager, £65,000 - £80,000 DOE, Bristol (Hybrid)

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading consultancy to assist with the recruitment of a Senior Bid Manager to join their growing team. This role will be working very closely with one of the company Directors and line manage a small bid function, ensuring the continued growth and company success.  

Key Responsibilities

• Own Bid Management process.
• Be responsible for managing the overall bid submission, ensuring processes are followed.
• Plan out bid meetings and workshops
• Line management of small bid team
• Lead capture activities, including bid / no bid process.
• Develop a go to market plan.

Person specification

• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated experience of managing a team
• Experience in Defence and Public Sector
• Experience working in a fast paced consultancy
• Eligible for security clearance (SC/DV)
