  • Our client, a national educational company, is seeking a Regional Quality Advisor with a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per year.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a field-based role supporting Area Managers or Nursery Managers with statutory frameworks.
  • Key responsibilities include being the Designated Safeguarding Lead, delivering quality and compliance initiatives, and planning audits with area managers.
  • Candidates must have a childcare qualification at level 3 or above and a proven track record of achieving an Ofsted grade of Outstanding within the past 3 years.
  • This role requires excellent knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and the ability to lead and inspire nursery teams to deliver outstanding childcare practices.

Our client, a national educational company are looking for a Regional Quality Advisor.

This role will be undertaking the following:

  • Be Designated Safeguarding Lead to a Region of Nurseries
  • Deliver Quality and Compliance, Curriculum Planning and Philosophy and Ethos.
  • Report to the Quality Business Partners any Safeguarding, Ofsted/compliance issues needing Ofsted or RIDDOR notification for your region.
  • Working in collaboration with the Operations Excellence team to ensure that Quality related initiatives are implemented successfully and responsible for advocating for outstanding quality when integrating new settings
  • Plan quality and compliance audits with area managers
  • Deliver early years training sessions to managers
  • Work with Head of Quality on planning processes

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 3 years + experience in delivering a field-based role supporting a group of Area Managers/Nursery Managers with Statutory Framework
  • Experience in supporting a nursery in achieving an Ofsted grade of Outstanding at inspection in the past 3 years
  • Experience in delivering support that resulted in an Ofsted grading of Outstanding within the past 3 years
  • A childcare qualification at level 3 or above
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • The ability to lead and inspire Nursery Teams and Managers to deliver outstanding childcare practices.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, particularly those applying to childcare.
  • Understanding of complex Equality and Diversity practices.
  • A robust understanding of SEN both in theory and practice.
