As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the nursery. You will help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a positive contribution to their early learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and educational programs for children in Bristol
  • Support daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, as part of the nursery's activities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for the children
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
  • Observe and report on children's progress and developmental needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with young children is preferred
